Just updated to Unimus 2.4.0 and was able to get our Calix E7-R2 chassis to pull backups just fine. However, adding an E9 didn't work.
The message I get under results for the failure is "UNSUPPORTED_DEVICE". I'd be willing to schedule a time to get the necessary information to get the necessary drivers made for this so we can have a second backup point for these devices other than the SMX program that Calix makes.
