A minor suggestion that I think could be helpful - I regularly make use of the 'email backup' feature when I'm decommissioning a device.
I can currently customize the address the backup will be emailed to - it would be handy if there was also the option to append a text string to the subject line of the email - that way I could send it directly to our ticket system and associate it to the relevant ticket.
At the moment I can just email myself and then forward to the helpdesk so it's a very minor feature

This is a good addition for sending backups. We have created an internal ticket for it into our backlog. I don't have any ETA for it at this moment, but once it materializes, I will update this thread.
