[Implemented] Add device support for Ciena 5164/SAOS 10

We have some Ciena 5164 units that are running SAOS 10 that Unimus is reporting a "DEVICE_INTERACTION_ERROR" when attempting to connect to them:

Error: CLI mode change command not supported by device

Discovery log:
Service check:
SSH: Service available
Service connection:
SSH: Connection successful

Authentication:
SSH: Login successful

Device discovery:
Basic device info: DEVICE_INTERACTION_ERROR

Discovery of available CLI modes:
Enable (privilege exec) mode: MODE_SWITCH_COMMAND_NOT_SUPPORTED

I've got the log files for device output during an attempted discovery along with the unimus.log file if either of those would benefit this request.

We would like to take a closer look at it.
I recommend submitting a support ticket and include both logs (I recommend packing them into an archive) for us to look at.

Just an update for anyone finding this topic in the future - support for these Ciena SAOS devices was added in 2.3.0, and we have also added support for more Ciena / SOAS devices in 2.4.2.
