Read-Only user with create backup option

It would be great if there could be a little more granularity in the User Roles, it is a bit all or nothing at the moment.
Would it be possible for instance that the Read-Only role is complemented with the Create Backup option?
We would like to create a User for a customer, but wouldn't want them to be able to edit/delete devices.
