[Implemented] Cambium ePMP

It'd be nice to have support for Cambium ePMP, especially the synchronized access points.
We already have support for ePMP implemented in 0.3.0 (scheduled to go out at the end of this week).
Support was based on ePMP1000 and ePMP2000 - but it should work on all ePMP devices.
