Hi,

Do you guys have any plan to have some form of agent system to reach devices that is protected from direct access? Like systems that are behind nat? I know you can work with port forwards and similar things but that is not always advisable.

A simplified version could be to have a unimus installation that sends the backups to another unimus installation and maybe also fetch data from the master server to update configurations.

Hi,

This has actually been in development for the last 5 months, and is the main feature of our upcoming 2.0.0 release.
We will have a separated agent/proxy, which will be called "Unimus Core".

You will be able to deploy the Core into the remote network, and the server will use it for all device communication within that network. (in Unimus, remote networks will be called "Zones")

This is getting released in the 2.0.0-Beta2 release, coming soon.
Feel free to subscribe to the Beta and/or Announcements forum sections to get a notification when this is available.
