[Implemented] Backup search field

search field in backup menu are only searching IP/hostname not user description.

This is a known issue in both the Backups and Devices screen - the tables only searches addresses for now.

Will be fixed in one of upcoming releases :)

Implemented in 0.2.0.

Search now searches by address/description/model.
