Re: Draytek routers
Hello, We would be happy to add support for the Drytek routers. This however requires development from our side - we need to write a device driver that will facilitate support for these. Is there any chance you have these devices in a lab where we would have SSH access to? (for driver development) A...

Re: Ignoring certain parts of config change during email alert
Hello,
This is not yet possible, sorry. We are planning to add a feature that would allow you to ignore various parts of the config based on custom rules, but it's not available yet.

Re: Automate ".backup" files?
I need a way to have Unimus either take the .backup for me (on demand) or a way to have Unimus simply retrieve a file from the 'tik filesystem (on demand). In Unimus 2.0.0, we are adding an API endpoint for pushing backups into Unimus. This endpoint will support binary backups (as well as text back...

Re: Stuck at "connecting to database"
As HSQL is a file-based DB, and not a real DB engine, it can indeed suffer from issues on things like unexpected shutdowns, or out-of-space conditions. As for migration, simply shut down Unimus, delete "/etc/unimus/unimus.properties" and restart the Unimus service. It will put you into the...

Re: Unimus unable to discover/login ssh devices
Hello, We commonly see "SocketException: Connection reset" on some Cisco devices and some slower / older devices. This can be fixed by adjusting the "inter-connection-delay" setting. We have a Wiki article that will show you how: https://wiki.unimus.net/display/UNPUB/Changing+def...

Re: Expand API functionality
Hello, 1) API and Credentials Credentials (and therefore Credential binding) are missing from the API on purpose. We did not yet decide internally if we want to expose credentials over the API. If we were to expose cred. binding over the API, we would have to expose the credentials themselves first....

Re: Support of Audiocodes Mediant 500L
Hello, Happy to hear you are liking Unimus so far. As for the AudioCodes Mediant 500L, can you please enable "Device output logging" under "Zones > Default > Debug mode"? After this is enabled, run a discovery on this device, and wait for it to fail. After it fails, please downlo...
