Re: Any way to retry backups after they fail..?
This does sound to me like there could be a connection throttling present and considering the particular scenario, I reckon this might be one of the kind where there is some maximum amount of SSH connections established in some time frame (e.g. within 60 seconds). In either of cases, it is good to c...

Re: Any way to retry backups after they fail..?
First, let's mention that a scheduled job consists of both, a Discovery and a backup taken on all the affected devices under the particular schedule. When a Discovery fails on a device, it should be because of the device not being available or some other issue and it would be difficult to know if a ...

Re: Support for Checkpoint and Cisco Ironport
Do you refer to Gaia OS running on Checkpoint gateways? If so, we are working on their support and it should come out in our next major release, version 2.3.0 we plan to release in January. I will update this thread when that happens.

Re: add new credential button
This feature is already in our backlog so that admins should be able to change device credentials' passwords, but only if they are not set to high-security mode, those credentials will not have this option. I will add this thread to that ticket as well.

Re: Palo Alto acknowledge login banner
Hello,
Actually, our team has already finished works on this last week and the support for the forced acknowledgement will be rolled out, starting with the upcoming release of 2.3.0-Beta1 (and onward, of course). As soon as that happens, I will update this thread.

Re: [Implemented] Support for Opengear IM7200
This very case was brought to our attention recently. It was fixed and it will be available starting with the next release, i.e. 2.3.0-Beta1 which should go out next week. I re-added this thread to our current internal ticket, so I will update it here when it goes out.

Re: Email Settings Question
The settings I mentioned are verified and tested - a standard consumer Office365/Outlook account would work with these settings. Considering the message, this sounds to me as one of these possible issues: - firewall or the communication being closed/blocked at some point - mail server configuration ...

Re: 'strip sensitive data' for non-Cisco platform
Apologies for a late reply. We would be glad to add support for these devices. I recommend submitting a support ticket and we can then go from there. Here's what data we would need to proceed: - a detailed list of devices you'd want to add a support for - a detailed list of data to strip from backup...

Re: Email Settings Question
Hello, The very important first step is to determine what is your error message. Have you received a timed out or maybe authentication unsuccessful error? If that's the case, here's how you want to configure Unimus for Office 365/Outlook: Email server address: smtp.office365.com Email server port: 5...
