Please add the DB port to the config file:
(jar, war, etc.)
As a side-note, what Unimus distribution are you running please?database.port = 3306

Yes, to upgrade, simply re-run the installer.
It should take care of everything, and after the installer finishes, you should be running the latest version.

Last job status indicators and last backup date for devices are available starting with 2.0.0.
