Beta builds of 1.8.0 were affected by this issue, but it was fixed in the release build of 1.8.0.
In 1.8.1, this issue is also not present - these messages are filtered by the RouterOS driver.

Are you sure the system you are seeing this on is running 1.8.1?

We have fixed the issues and have a dev build available with the fix.
Both discovery hanging and IgniteNet not discoverying should be fixed.
