Re: Issues when changing license key
Hi Thanks for the report! Licensing switch bug created and scheduled for a fix in 0.3.0 (next release) https://tracker.unimus.net/browse/UN-59 As for the retention of devices and backups on license key switch, I created a feature request. Its quite a bit of work to implement this (and this functiona...

Re: Issues making Unimus into a auto-start Windows Service
The inability to run as a native Windows service is currently a known issue.
It will definitely be addressed before release.
UPDATE:
We have a Windows installer available:

Re: Data retention setting and diffs
There is currently no retention policy, an infinate number of backups should be saved. If you only see last 30, it might be a bug worth looking into. As for the things you asked, both of these are actually already selected for development after release. You can keep track of them here: Retention pol...

Re: Trouble with backup of Cisco switches
EDIT: Unimus now fully supports separate Enable/Configure passwords from login credentials. I see this as quite an important thing to have, but it will require proper implementation. To support it in a proper way, there should be a list of enable passwords in credentials screen, and which is used f...

Re: Trouble with backup of Cisco switches
After investigation, the issue was in the enable password. Unimus IOS backup driver currently requires that the enable password is the same as the login password, or that there is no enable password at all (like when using Radius for login). I have fixed the driver so that it logs the proper error -...

Re: Trouble with backup of Cisco switches
Hi, As you noticed, the issue is here: [ backup-6] n.u.c.d.cisco.CiscoIosBackupDriver : Unable to download backup - 'String index out of range: -1'! IOS switch backup driver was based on WS-C2950SX-24, but it seems your switch behaves differently. Is there any chance I could get SSH access to the sw...

Re: Mikrotik discovery failing from public interface.
SSH needs to be accessible.
On which port SSH runs doesnt matter, just configure it properly in "Other settings > SSH connector > Ports"
(this is a comma separated list of all SSH ports Unimus should use when searching for a SSH connection to a device)
