.deb packages are planned before release, just not available yet.
(also an apt repo with those .deb packages is planned)

What is your JRE version?

This error indicates your JRE is too old to run Unimus.
(Unimus requires JRE 1.8.0_50 or newer)

The warning pretty much explains what's happening there. A TLS/SSL session is established to the DB, but Unimus doesnt verify the DB server certificate.
