Re: Display settings for config viewer
There are some good points you arose. We created an internal ticket for two specific features, font unification in all the backup views and to add per-user font preference settings. We will work on those, but I cannot provide any specific ETA for it yet. Let's talk a bit more about the second point ...

Hello, Would you mind sending us a couple of information? We would like to know: - what browser do you use? does it cut off the content in other browsers as well? - what resolution are you running and did you test it with a browser window maximized or just floating in some smaller size? Would it be ...

Re: Change Connection Timeout for SSH
Hello,
The most common reason for timeouts not being applied is when there is a remote Unimus Core and a timeout is extended on Unimus Server, but that are not all cases, of course, we would need to take a look at this closer.
Would you mind submitting a support ticket on our Portal?

Re: Upgrade 2.0.13 to 2.1.4
Hello, I recommend submitting a support ticket in our Portal so that we can look at it in detail. As for the questions: - script is pulling the current latest version (the one which is also available at https://unimus.net/download) - absolutely, your upgrade process is correct, installer script will...

Re: Port Exhaustion Caused by Unimus Core
Hello, As a first check-up question, have you updated remote Unimus Cores to the version 2.1.4 as well, or just Unimus Server? If not, then please update remote Cores as well as versions have to match between the Unimus Server and remote Unimus Cores. If that is not your case, please submit a suppor...

While we fixed the issue at hand, let me post a reply anyway for both the parts of your post as it may help someone else in the future. Forum is perfectly fine to get support, but submitting support tickets via our Portal is the preferred way to get in touch with us for issues where one of the prima...

Re: Discovery failed on multiple Aruba/ProCurve switches
Hello, It is difficult to pinpoint what could be the case with these devices. We would like to check debug logs to get a better picture. To enable debug logging, please enable Debug mode and Device output logging in Zones > Your Zone (zone where you assigned affected device(s) to) > Debug mode . Rer...

Re: Discovery process fails on Junos EVO
Hello, We would like to check debug logs and confirm if this is a compatibility issue or it is an issue elsewhere. Would you mind creating a support ticket via our Portal? We will then let you know what information we'd need and if it turns out to be compatibility issue, we will be happy to add a su...
