Hi,
First of all apologies for the late reply.
Unimus grabs the "config.xml" file from pfSense.
You can recover this simply by placing that file into "/conf" - so the full path is "/conf/config.xml".
pfSense should pick the config up on next boot or a config reload.

Can you please enable both "Device output logging" AND "Debug logging" under "Zones > Your zone > Debug mode". After this is enabled, please run a discovery and wait for it to fail. After it fails, please create a Support Ticket on our Portal, and attach the log files. ...

We do support Cisco switches - both IOS based and some SMB series.
Ca you please post a screenshot of the failed discovery job?
Go to "Devices" and click on the red status indicator on the left.
This will open the failed job log, please post a screenshot of that.
