Re: Postgres config

Hi,

Could you please check the log file - it should offer more details on why DB creation fails.
("/var/log/unimus/unimus.log" or "C:\ProgramData\Unimus\log\unimus.log")

Re: Several devices on one IP address

Hi, Currently Unimus requires each device to be on a unique IP. Basically, for Unimus, a single IP = a single device. For Connectors, you can add multiple ports, but Unimus will use the first port on which the service is available as the connection for that device. We are right now finishing our 2.0...

Re: Netgear ProSafe M4300

We would be happy to add support for these switches. This however requires development from our side - we need to write a device driver that will facilitate support for these. Is there any chance you have one of these devices in a lab where we would have SSH access to? (for driver development) Alter...

Re: Limit access to credentials

READ-ONLY type users automatically can not see credentials / have no control over them. To limit access to credentials for OPERATOR type users currently, the only way is to set "High security mode" for credentials. There is also an option in "Other settings > Advanced system settings&...

Re: Devices behind nat

Hi, This has actually been in development for the last 5 months, and is the main feature of our upcoming 2.0.0 release. We will have a separated agent/proxy, which will be called "Unimus Core". You will be able to deploy the Core into the remote network, and the server will use it for all ...

Re: Internal webhook / slack notification not working with httpProxy

We have switched the Slack integration in 2.0.0 to a Slack Bot from a Webhook.
Since Webhook is no longer used going forward, I would recommend testing the 2.0.0-Beta1, and working with it rather than the old Slack integration: viewtopic.php?p=2518#p2518

Re: [Solved] Version 2.0, when?

2.0.0-Beta1 was released today: https://forum.unimus.net/viewtopic.php?p=2518#p2518 As I mentioned in the previous post, we hope to have 2.0.0 out in Stable by the end of the month. I recommend subscribing to the Announcements and Beta sections of the forums, and you will get a notification when it'...

[BETA] 2.0.0-Beta1 release thread

UPDATE: 2.0.0 has been released, and this topic has been locked. Unimus 2.0.0-Beta1 is being released today. This is a Beta release of 2.0.0 intended for testing purposes. 2.0.0 has been in development for over 5 months, and will be the biggest release of Unimus yet. There are many new features and...

Re: Internal webhook / slack notification not working with httpProxy

Hi, The proxy configuration in Unimus is currently only applied to the licensing communication, not to any other outgoing requests. We are addressing this in 2.0.0-Beta2 with a change to the proxying mechanism. In 2.0.0-Beta2 and later, ALL HTTP/HTTPS communication outbound from Unimus will be proxi...

Re: Version 2.0, when?

Hi, Beta1 will be the first public release of the 2.0 code-base. We finally finished work on 2.0.0-Beta1 last week (the work on the 2.0 code-branch has been going on for 5 months now). Since then, we have been doing acceptance testing, and fixing any and all bugs/issues we find. The test suite for U...
