Any chance you could list the minimum version numbers in the above list please?
e.g. I have a Cisco WLC. It discovered correctly first time, but backup failed. On rediscovery it thinks it's a Cisco SMB switch. Possibly I have an earlier version than supported (7.3).

Thanks - that will probably be the answer. I sent you a PM with the debug output, but we are literally about to replace these devices with updated models, so unless you're keen to add support, don't bother on my behalf.
