Re: Triggered backups and Unimus config mode access

Can I check, is that normal behaviour, e.g. the discovery making sure its credentials work in config mode? I can work around it by ignoring the "configured by console" messages that are initiated from the server's IP, but I'm just curious about what's happening behind the scenes and under...

Congrats on the new version, it looks like a lot of work's gone in to it!

I've just updated to 2.3.2 and it was completely trivial - I wish all my services were so simple to update.
Thank you very much - glad to hear everything is working well for you :)

Hi, this is already possible on the Tags page. On the Devices page, you can select a device and add tags to it. This is meant when you want to add multiple tags to a single devices. Re: Restrict login

Thanks for the info. Yes, we're were hoping to restrict access to the webui or login specifically. I was thinking we'd have to do it with our firewall, but thought I'd check if there was something built in. Happy to provide more info - but the best place for this kind of access control would indeed...

Re: Restrict login

Is there a way to restrict login to a specific subnet? Hi, do you mean to Unimus itself? There are multiple options: - completely disable access to the web GUI on a firewall "in front of" your Unimus server - deploy iptables (or other firewall) on the server itself and only allow access f...

Re: What data does Unimus collect from local instances?

Device addresses and internal UUIDs. Zone names, numbers, default flags, proxy types and internal UUIDs Does this mean that if I use a customer name as a zone name your licensing server will see that name? Will it also see the correlation between device address and which zone it belongs to? Yes, Zo...

Re: Cisco ASA multiple context issues

Hi, let me address the individual issues separately. we've discovered that backups of Cisco ASA's sometimes fail What's the job failure reasons for these backup jobs? The backup also takes a _really_ long time. We have several large multi-context ASA's and I believe the problem might be that you see...
