Re: New install on Windows 10, http and https connectors are greyed out

For future reference, the issue was in the AirFiber, it was SegFault-ing upon running 'mca-status'

Code: Select all

AF.v2.2.1# mca-status | grep platform
Segmentation fault
AF.v2.2.1#
I implemented a fallback mechanism in Unimus, so we can handle AirOS even if this happens.

It will be released in 1.3.1.

Re: New install on Windows 10, http and https connectors are greyed out

This means SSH was able to connect, but device was not discovered by any device driver. If it's an AirFiber - it's possible UBNT changed something in the newer firmwares. We will need to get some debugging data, and it should be an easy fix. On Windows, easiest way will be this: 1) Download .jar dis...

Re: New install on Windows 10, http and https connectors are greyed out

Hi, We support AirFiber (and all other UBNT devices) through SSH and Telnet. However, we highly recommend not using Telnet because of security. HTTP and HTTPS connectors are in the GUI in preparation for IP camera (CCTV) and IP phones backup. This will be coming in the near future, but we already im...

Re: [Solved] 1.2.0 Upgrade Problem

It seems you were upgrading from a really old version of Unimus, 0.2.x or older.
Direct upgrade from 0.2.x or older to 1.x.x is not supported.

We have a thread here on what needs to be done:

I apologize for the trouble :(

Re: [Solved] 1.2.0 Upgrade Problem

You need to look in 'C:\ProgramData\Unimus\', not in 'C:\Program Files\Unimus' :)

Re: [Solved] 1.2.0 Upgrade Problem

Hi,

Your issue is a bit different than the one in the original post.

Can you please check the config file, it should continan 'database.encryption.key'.
Is the property there, and is it not empty?

Config file:
Win: 'C:\ProgramData\Unimus\unimus.properties'
Linux: '/etc/unimus/unimus.properties'

Re: [Solved] Cisco WLC

Thanks for the report, glad it was just a timeout issue. For anyone finding this topic in the future, the issue was with the WLC taking a long time to respond to commands. To fix it, CLI interaction timeouts were adjusted. Here is a link on the wiki that explains how: https://wiki.unimus.net/display...

Re: Cisco WLC

On Windows, easiest way will be this: 1) Download .jar distribution: https://unimus.net/download/-%20Latest/Unimus.jar 2) Stop Unimus service 3) Open an admin command prompt 4) change to folder where Unimus.jar was downloaded 5) Run "java -jar Unimus.jar --logging.level.net.unimus.core=TRACE --unimu...

Re: Cisco WLC

We will need to get debug output from Unimus to see what is happening.

What OS are you running Unimus on?
What distribution are you running (installer, portable, .war, etc.)?
