Re: [Solved] Unable to discorver MikroTik device

Just a follow-up for anyone finding this topic in the future: We found that no connectors were enabled in Unimus in this particular case, which caused the jobs to not run. (since Unimus didn't have a way to connect to devices) Enabling the SSH connector fixed the issue. (Other settings > Connector s...

Re: Unable to discorver MikroTik device

That is very strange.

Could we do a Webex session to look at this more directly please?
Please PM me to work out the details.

Thanks!

Re: Unable to discorver MikroTik device

Hi, happy to help

On the Dashboard, in Latest failed jobs, is there no job failure listed there?
If there is, can you please do a "Show log" on that job?
What is the fail reason there?

Re: Cisco MDS 9132T backup failed

Apologies for the late reply to the ticket, I have been traveling to the US for a conference.

Device drivers are my responsibility on the team, so sadly I can't assign this ticket to any other of our devs.
I will get back to you on the ticket asap.

Thank you for your patience on this.

Re: HP 2530-48G (J9775A) discovered as Allied Telesis

Hi,

This will definitely be an issue on our end.

Is this switch running ProCurve or Comware OS?

Could you please enable debug logging (Other settings > debug mode) and device communication logging, and run a discovery on the switch after?
Please PM me the logs and we will fix this.

Thanks!

Re: Noifications on config change: exclude lines

Hi Frans, Unimus already ignores changes in the following lines for FortiOS: set passwd ENC set password ENC set psksecret ENC ... About 8 other hashes like this are ignored. ('#conf_file_ver' is also ignored) Could you please send a screenshot of a diff in a PM - so I can check if there is any addi...

Re: No Remote Interface

Hi, Unimus by default doesn't block remote access. It will be some firewall (on the servers, or between the client and the VM) blocking access. I would start with: 1) check if there is some FW on the server (such as iptables, filterd, or similar) 2) check firewalls between the client and the server ...

Re: [Solved] All backups have now failed

Update for anyone finding this in the future:

We managed to track down this issue - it occurred due to the system not having any free disk space.
Since this instance of Unimus used HSQL (file-based BD) and disk space ran out, all jobs were failing.
