Re: false positive on installer

Could you please provide the detection name and your virus definitions version?
Microsoft says it should come from here, not sure if that article will be any help tho.

Thanks!

Re: Supported vendors/devices

Any chance you could list the minimum version numbers in the above list please? e.g. I have a Cisco WLC. It discovered correctly first time, but backup failed. On rediscovery it thinks it's a Cisco SMB switch. Possibly I have an earlier version than supported (7.3). That is actually kind of hard. 9...

Re: [Fixed in 1.3.0] Cisco MDS91xx NX-OS failing discovery

Since it's a Cisco MDS, Unimus didnt pick it up.
(since we had support only for Nexus specifically until now)

I added support for MDS, and generic NXOS support, which will be available in 1.3.0.

Also sent you a PM with a dev build which contains support.

Thanks for the debug output!

Re: Cisco MDS91xx NX-OS failing discovery

The NXOS driver was developed against NXOS 6.0 and 6.1. There might be some differences in 5.x that make in incompatible. Please run Unimus in debug mode: service unimus stop cd /opt/unimus java -jar Unimus.jar --logging.level.net.unimus.core=TRACE --unimus.core.echo-ssh=TRUE --unimus.core.echo-teln...

Re: 1.2.0 Upgrade Problem

The log doesn't contain the debug data :( We should see DEBUG messages in it, but we see only INFO/WARN/ERROR. Could you please check if the .ini file contains the proper configuration, and try restarting Unimus again. We would also be happy to look at this with you directly (TeamViewer or something...

Re: 1.2.0 Upgrade Problem

Could you please run Unimus in debug mode - to see exact validation fail message. Please post the resulting log here, or PM it to me. For Linux: service unimus stop cd /opt/unimus java -jar Unimus.jar --logging.level.net.unimus.business.database=TRACE For Windows: Open 'C:\Program Files\Unimus\Unimu...

Re: Renaming devices

Yeah... we really should support changing device addresses.
Ticket created: https://tracker.unimus.net/browse/UN-230

We will prioritize it and include it into 1.2.0 release.

I will post a Beta build that will include it tomorrow.
