Re: JunOS - Errornous Configuration Change since 2.0 Upgrade

Hello, This is a rather strange issue - since jobs are completing successfully for you, but some data seem to be missing. Can you please enable "Device Output Logging" and "Debug logging" in "Zones > Default > Debug mode"? After enabling these, please re-run the backup job multiple times on the devi...

Re: Mass Config Push\Sending keystrokes as part of Commands

Hi, This is actually a bit more complex. In terminal emulation, CTRL+Z is the "[Substitute]" ASCII character - ASCII hexa 0x1A. Currently in Unimus, there is no way to send non-alphanumeric characters (like the control character you need). I definitely think we should support this in Config Push, an...

Re: Watchguard backups not working in 2.0

Hi, Can you please send us logs from a failed backup run? Please enable "Device Output Logging" and "Debug logging" in "Zones > Default > Debug mode", and then run a backup job on the device which is failing. After it fails download both the log files and create a Support Ticket on our Portal with t...

Re: Cisco IOS "show vlan brief" changes detected

Hi, Apologies it took this long to get a reply out. With Unimus 2.0.2, we fixed the change notifications on the load statistics and time on IOS XE. This should no longer be considered as changes in 2.0.2 or later. We discussed with the team at length what to do about the VLAN changes. We are still l...

Re: INTERACTION_ERROR for Zhone MXK

"INTERACTION_ERROR" means Unimus did not receive any known / recognizable data from the device up until the configured timeout. This can be usually solved by simply increasing the timeouts: https://wiki.unimus.net/display/UNPUB/Changing+default+timeouts For a more detailed explanation: Unimus suppor...

Re: upgrade licenses

Hi, Unimus uses a pro-rated upgrade system, so you can upgrade at any time, without over-paying. In your example: 100 licenses purchased at the start of a subscription = $ 450.00 You want to upgrade to 120 (buy 20 additional) licenses 2 months into the current subscription. The price of the upgrade ...

Re: Mikrotik deployment

Hi Unimus is not a provisioning system, so sadly no. What you are likely looking for is ZTP (zero touch provisioning) for MikroTik, which Unimus doesn't do. Unimus can fully manage and automate configurations of RouterOS - but only once the router has connectivity with Unimus. (which a Default Confi...
