For anyone reading the thread, Tomas fixed this the same day and it's available in the latest release candidate / V1.0.0 as per the edited title.

Hi, We have a HPE 1920-24G-PoE+ (370W) Switch Software Version Release 1115 Latest Firmware (Dec 2016). Unimus will not identify or back this device up. The logs show that it manages to log on ok via telnet but then it cannot find a provider to do the backup. I downloaded the debug version of Unimus...
