Hi, I did create a support ticket on your portal on March 15 which was 14 business days ago now and no one responded to it, that's why I posted here.

At the time, I did not have those logs. If someone could reply to the ticket I could include them.

Netonix WS3-14-600-AC is showing up in Unimus as "unsupported device" in the failed log details.

Is this model not supported for backup?

Is there a way I could help get the Ubiquiti AirFiber 60 AF-60 radios added to Unimus?

2 of my Unimus installations are over 200 devices now and I've read that it is recommended to use an external DB system with that many devices. I know there isn't much to the config of the Ubiquiti Edgepower devices but the newer firmwares on these support config backup and restore so it would be great if Unimus could support them too.

I just got my AirFiber 60ghz (AF-60) radios installed and I would like to add them to the queue of devices to be supported by Unimus.

Thank you for your reply and I would follow instructions but to my surprise, I restarted each radio that was failing the backups and now they each back up fine.

So I guess it was firmware bugs or something, I don't know what would cause that.

I have a strange problem that I cannot figure out after updating to 1.10.3. After the update, I have 5 devices that now always show backup failed when they worked before. I figured it out, you were right.

All this time I thought it was running on https with a self signed cert but it's not it's just running on http.

I already said the OS and version earlier, Windows 10 X64.

All updates are installed.

As far as the config and log file it would be the C: paths because it's windows.

Is there something in those I need to look for?
