Thank you for the reply, I apologize if I was being unclear but also thank you for the clarification. I brought up the question mainly because of that ruckus switch present in our environment wherein it would fail its scheduled backup but when I get into Unimus and manually run a discovery then back...

Hello,

I was able to solve the problem and get email notifications working, it was an issue with our onprem server that was affecting the account for email alerts. Thank you for you help.

Hello, Thank you for the reply, I have my switches backing up every day at around 2 AM. I see that in the Dashboard>Latest Failed job the devices that are failing the backup say that it's due to a CONNECTION_ERROR.
