Hi,
We've got a device(s) that regularly fails the scheduled backups citing Discovery Failed, Service Check SSH: UNAVAILABLE. However, when a manual Discovery and Backup is done the device is discovered and backed up without error.
Need some assistance to understand why this is happening.

Hi - When I login manually, the delay is generally <1 sec to return the prompt, there are a couple of devices that take a bit longer, which why I went to the timers and increase them.
