Re: Export Backups Automatically Via FTP (Windows)
Ok, thanks for that information Vik. To be honest, it sounds like getting it running on a Windows box is a little beyond my skill set. I attempted to get the Exporter going on an Ubuntu box, but was getting errors when running the script. Perhaps I can forward you the email thread I had going with T...

Re: Export Backups Automatically Via FTP (Windows)
I'm aware of the Exporter, but it's not designed for Windows, correct?

Export Backups Automatically Via FTP (Windows)
I appreciate the ability to export backups from the GUI and save them locally, but this feature would be much more useful if it could be configured to automatically export at a certain time to an FTP server on a regular basis. (We have Unimus installed on a Windows server.)

Re: Unimus trying to enter configuration mode
I was provided the following explanation by a support engineer: Unimus indeed enters the config mode, but does NOT do any configuration changes during discovery or backup. It enters the mode to discover (hence the name of the "Discovery" process), which modes are available on the devices. ...

Unimus trying to enter configuration mode
I have had a case open (#2269-579-252-72) about this issue since November of last year, but I still have not heard anything back about it despite multiple attempts to get in touch with someone. I am seeing reports from our AAA servers (we use Cisco ISE) that Unimus is attempting to enter configurati...

Re: Ignore Line When Checking for Config Change
Thanks Tomas! The devices are all Cisco devices. A quick scan implies that it's happening on all IOS switches and routers (so NOT on our firewalls, WLCs and NX-OS devices). Is that enough information to go on, or do you need a list of specific models?

[Implemented] Ignore Line When Checking for Config Change
I currently have Unimus configured to do a config WRITE every night (using mass config push) on all my devices, and then a config BACKUP during the day. Every time a config write is done, the following line is added to the top of the config: NVRAM config last updated at 00:00:13 CST Sun Mar 14 2021 ...

Customize Config Diff Window Layout
It would be nice to be able to easily customize the layout of the config diff window so that you could dynamically change which device's config is on the left/right side of the window or "on top/bottom" in the unified view.
